Best sushi in the CLT metro area. Owners are great, staff is super attentive, and the patio area is nice. There are some great rolls on the menu that you should try. The Lady Gaga is really good.

We have seen this place packed everytime we've tried to go. Yet, we were finally able to go for lunch. I see why it is so popular and packed. The space is not very big yet they have outdoor seating. The service was great as we were thoroughly attended to. The portion size of the food was smaller than your typical Asian restaurant. However, you could taste the fresh ingredients. I ordered the hibachi chicken, which came with mushrooms and squash.

Still one of families favorite places to dine in. I do not care how long we have to wait when we are busy. It is always worth it. Their sushi is great! Thursday nights they do half off maki rolls. The staff is very sweet and pleasant to be in company of. We always receive great service. My families favorites on the menu are cucumber crab salad appetizer (I order this each time) , the little Buddha lo mein, egg drop soup, Spider roll, Philly roll, California roll, and many more. It is a great place to enjoy a meal with family since it is in Afton Ridge and very close to the wine room or Target shopping area next light up. (We did bring our own glow up chop sticks for the picture for a birthday. You can find them on Amazon)

Ate at E noodles in Charlotte, NC. We had an early dinner. The bustling restaurant is well-liked by the size of the crowd. The restaurant is well managed by the staff. They greet you as you come in and make sure you're comfortable. They have such a diverse menu, there's something for everyone. I had fresh rolls for an appetizer. My son had the spring rolls. The fresh rolls left a lot to be desired. They had kits of lettuce and a few shrimp. There was no Thai basil or cilantro in either roll. They must've been put together quickly, as the cellophane like rapper was loose- so when you bit the roll, it kind of collapsed. The peanut sauce and the chili garlic sauce tasted great. The fried spring rolls were crisp and good. The red seafood curry was excellent. The soup had shrimp, scallops, full bellied clams, squid and crab. The curry was so dang tasty and the fish was so fresh!! The portions are huge. I cannot wait to get the sushi. I'll leave that for my next visit. The atmosphere was great for family style dining. It was easy to find. I give E Noodles a ( star rating!

This was enjoyable and a good experience. I had two different sushi rolls and they were both very tasty. The service was friendly and it was a good atmosphere. Certainly a good place.

Our waitress was Mina. She was very knowledgeable about needing gluten free foods. FYI: the Spicy Mayo isn't gf :( I ordered the cucumber roll sushi and the imitation crab roll sushi both delicious! They were big pieces also the picture is after I've already eaten some. They have gluten free soy sauce that tastes good also. Sweet tea is great! I also ordered the gf fried rice but didn't like the way it tasted but my husband did. The menu is clearly marked gluten free on items that are. They have a good selection. The place was slammed!! They also have outdoor seating. If your sound sensitive or sensitive to certain lighting prepare accordingly.

We sat at sushi bar and ordered various sashimi (big eye, salmon, fatty salmon, uni, mackerel , yellowtail). The uni was fresh and delicious. Everything else amazing EXCEPT the knife cuts were horrible! They were way too big, we actually had to cut them with a knife to make them more manageable. The Lady Gaga roll was out of this world!! Loved an alternative roll that doesn't have rice. Nicole LA roll also awesome. Would have been a 5 if the knife cuts of the sushi were better.

Opened at 5pm when we came on sunday there was already people lined up to go in. Parking can be hard to find if you come on the weekends but free of course. Inside is fairly small. You can sit at the sushi counter or normal tables. There's also an outside area but it's cold now. Service is very fast for everything. Food was delicious and I have no complaints and will be returning
